Test Requirements

The ELITE tests every form of ESD Wrist Straps, ESD Smocks and ESD Footwear. There are over 15 predefined test requirements you can assign to personnel. And with Sense Technology, the test combinations become endless. It’s your controls defined by you, to fit your unique ESD Program.

VTR Technology

When we say fully adjustable we mean fully adjustable. Test ranges can be tailored, anywhere from 2.5k low and 1.5G Ohms high. The ELITE covers DoD 4125, S20.20, and more, giving you the freedom to configure wrist strap, smock and footwear tolerances to match your ESD Program's compliance policy.

ELITE DataSystem (EDS) gives you the tools you need to manage your ESD compliance program efficiently and effectively. At the facility level, or enterprise-wide, EDS allows you to centralize the management of your ESD program and monitor compliance.

Access Control For Your ESD Protected Area

TTL Relays, acting as functional switches, can be connected to many things, including light towers and gated entry points. They can be configured to open on passing test results, with controls over timing and delay. So if your gated entry is further away, the ELITE can time the release perfectly.

Intuitive user experience

The ELITE’s user-friendly interface allows personnel to quickly and easily complete their ESD control testing.

Display

The ELITE ESD Test System provides an easy-to-understand and intuitive testing experience. A 3” display gives personnel a broad overview of their test requirements. Wrist, smock and footwear interfaces automatically detect user interaction, creating a friction-free approach to testing.

LEDs & Sense Technology

After testing, personnel will be able to view the result (Pass/Fail/Pass High) and resistance of each device tested. The LED indicators provide visual feedback and confirmation of test results. Blue for detection (sense), Green for Pass, Red for Fail and Yellow for Pass High (proceed with caution).
